Rental Agreement Information: Weight Limit, Fees, Payment & Customer Responsibility.

Each 20 and 30 yard dumpsters have a maximum capacity of 4000 and 6000 lbs. If you exceed the weight for any dumpster an overweight fee of $65 will be charged for each increment of up to 1000 lbs over the weight limit. All overweight fees must be paid immediately upon notification. Customers are responsible for all overweight fees, landfill surcharges and any fines due to prohibited or unsafe materials. If you overfill the dumpster you will be charged up to the next dumpster size. A 20 yard dumpster will be moved up to a 30 yard dumpster with a max weight of 6000 lbs for the price of $525 a 30 yard dumpster will be moved up to a 40 yard dumpster with a max weight of 8000 lbs for the price of $625 payable immediately. By booking a dumpster the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all the terms listed above.
